Having qualified in fine form, we travelled to William De Ferrers, for the area Cross Country competition. On a chilled, slightly blustery day we began our warm-ups wearing our new tops sponsored by Sonic Rail Services and prepared to race against the best runners from the surrounding areas.
All of our runners gave 110%, resulting in 4 top 10 finishers! These results justified the huge amount of work our children had dedicated to running in the previous few months. It was a very proud day for our school and definitely one of the best performances from our school in recent years.
As a result x2 of our runners have now qualified for the County Final!
