How to help your child learn at home

This section is to help parents and carers support their children’s learning at home.

Each week children are given spellings to learn, maths challenges and daily reading. We appreciate how busy family life can be so if you can only do one thing please either read to your child and listen to them read. Mr Keene and Mr Patterson have put together some videos to give you some ideas on how best to do this.

We will also upload here details of workshops we run with parents at school should you not be able to come, plus details of useful websites etc.

If there is anything you would like help with to support your child’s learning at home please do get in touch so we can arrange this.
