We headed to the Columbus School in Chelmsford for the annual Panathlon Boccia competition. Boccia, a variation of boule, bowls and skittles is a fantastic game we play here at school every Tuesday lunchtime so this event is an excellent opportunity to compete against other local schools.
We played some close games but unfortunately did not qualify for the semi-finals. It was also great to see one of our ex-students representing her secondary school, therefore we combined to make an all-stars team.
Thanks as ever to Panathlon for providing this inclusive and expertly delivered free event, we will certainly return next year!
