To end our History topic, Year Three went on a trip into Burnham. We looked at all the old buildings we had learnt about in our lessons and found where they built the Vanguard ( a boat that travelled to Dunkirk to rescue soldiers in WWII.) At the end of our walk we were lucky enough to visit our local museum. We were fascinated by all the old artefacts, and really enjoyed listening to Mrs Smith talk about life in the past in our small town.
