Our girl’s football team took part in the Essex FA Schools Cup Competition, with some players having never represented our school before! We were drawn against Buttsbury Primary, in a home fixture on a bright and sunny day.
The game was played in good spirit, but quite simply Buttsbury had an exceptional group of players. Although we had a fair few goals scored against us, our girls kept battling. Their cheery disposition was a credit to our school and we can only gain more skill and experience moving forward.
Well done to all the players and we wish Buttsbury all the best in the next round.
