Today, we were lucky enough to be visited (virtually) by a brilliant author, Kandace Chimbiri, who spoke with us about her career and books. We were particular interested to learn more about her books on Diversity and Windrush, as this links to our previous studies on Black History. One of our friends even has a grandfather who was on the original boat voyage! We learned a lot about how to be a writer and really enjoyed our discussion.
